Perform these validations.

1. If keyvalue is null, throw error.
2. If a row exists on the database where table name = keytable, attribute = keycolumn, and attribute value = keyvalue, then this is valid.
3. Check to see if the owner of this mbo is being added and specifies the required keytable / keycolumn / keyvalue (call addingOwnerCheck).
4. Check to see if the owner's owner is being added and specifies the required keytable / keycolumn / keyvalue (call addingOwnerCheck).
