public class FldPMNum
extends FldPMNum

PMNum validation class for behaviors common to PMNum attributes in the measurement package.
In addition to validating the PMNum value, validation also ensures that there is a non-null AssetNum or Location for the object. Setting this attribute also sets the priority attribute.
