Workorder.fctaskid (non-persistent) validation class: This class is attached to a non-persistent field fctaskid in the workorder object. It validates if the task entered here is a valid taskid in the FINCNTRL table. Also set the workorder's fincntrlid to the tasks fincntrlid over writing the one written by the project.
