public class FldHazardPrecautionEnabled
extends MboValueAdapter

Validation of the PrecautionEnabled attribute on the Hazard mbo. Cannot set to False if HazardPrec contains data. Precautionenabled and tagoutenabled cannot both be true; this is enforced by the readonly flags.
