public class FldHazardTagOutEnabled
extends MboValueAdapter

Tagoutenabled is enterable only if hazmatenabled and precautionenabled are both false. If tagouts are defined on SafetyLexison (or WoSafetyLink), then Tagoutenabled cannot be set to False. If tagoutenabled is set to True, then hazmatenabled, precautionenabled, and all the hasardous-material attributes are set to readonly.
